No, we do not sell Swarovski jewellery.
What metals do you use?
The metal parts are mostly rhodium and gold-plated. Sparkle33 rose gold jewelry is plated with 18k rose gold. The color is achieved by alloying fine gold with copper.
How much is shipping for?
We offer various shipping methods that include ePacket (where available), standard airmail, and courier. You will be able to choose your preferred method before you place the order. Customers will get to see the exact shipping charges, before the order is finalized.

If the item arrives damaged or is not workable. You need to get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we will advise how to proceed. Generally the item can be returned for a full refund or replacement. You will have to send it back to the address where it came from. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
Who pays shipping for defective goods?
In the unfortunate possibility of a return, we will bear the cost of the return of defective items as well as the shipping cost of the replacement item.
